Credits are used whenever a member submits an inquiry. There are two inquiry types:

Unused monthly subscription credits expire at the end of each billing cycle. They do not carry forward to the following month.
At the beginning of every new billing cycle, an active member receives a fresh allocation of 20 monthly credits.
Yes. Members who require additional credits may purchase top-up credit packages through the Thistlegorm SupportX portal. Available packages are:
Purchased top-up credits do not expire and remain available until used. Where both monthly and purchased credits are available, monthly credits will be used first.

Yes. Where a member selects Document / Report Review, relevant documents may be uploaded together with the inquiry, including reports, pleadings, statements and other supporting materials.
Uploaded material will remain associated with the relevant inquiry so that the documents, communications and responses can be managed within the portal.

Thistlegorm SupportX is intended for preliminary forensic support, discussion and review. The following services are not included within the subscription or credit system and will be separately quoted where required:
Where an inquiry develops into a matter requiring formal investigation, expert reporting or other professional services, the member may request a separate quotation from Thistlegorm Forensic.
Thistlegorm SupportX will include a "Request Formal Engagement / Quotation" option for this purpose.
No. Thistlegorm SupportX provides preliminary forensic support, discussion, document review and second-opinion assistance.
Where formal expert evidence, investigation, expert reporting or court involvement is required, Thistlegorm Forensic will provide a separate scope of work and quotation.
Information about Thistlegorm SupportX, membership benefits and subscription options will be available through the Thistlegorm Forensic website.
Once registered, members will access the secure Thistlegorm SupportX portal using their login credentials.
Member profiles, inquiries and uploaded materials will not be publicly visible.

Yes. Members may cancel their monthly subscription in accordance with the applicable Terms and Conditions.
Cancellation will stop future subscription renewals. Any treatment of remaining monthly or purchased credits upon cancellation will be governed by the applicable membership terms.
