G. Venodthan is the Founder and CEO of Thistlegorm Forensic, a consultancy firm specializing in a wide range of forensic investigation services. Thistlegorm Forensic's headquarters is in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, concentrating on serving clients within Malaysia. Thistlegorm Forensic's UK subsidiary is equipped to handle international assignments across Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and beyond.
Having graduated with honours from Kingston University, London, with a Bachelor of Science in Aircraft Engineering, he gained a solid foundation in engineering principles. His commitment to advancing his expertise led him to pursue a Master of Criminal Justice degree at the esteemed University of Malaya, Malaysia, further enhancing his understanding of investigative practices and criminal justice systems. Venodthan is also a Certified Fraud Examiner, accredited by the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE), equipping him with the skills needed for meticulous forensic investigations.
With over 10 years of experience as a Forensic Investigator and former Loss Adjuster, he brings a wealth of experience in handling diverse cases across sectors. Venodthan has been exposed to over 500 cases, including engineering, machinery breakdown, fire, motor vehicle accidents, murder, suicide, fraud, bodily injury, liability, and catastrophic losses.
Seamlessly integrating a profound understanding of criminal justice into investigative processes, Venodthan actively engages in both civil and criminal investigations. Collaborating with relevant experts as necessary, he assumes the role of a lead investigator, demonstrating his commitment to quality investigations.
