Hemara - Group Director

Hemara serves as the Group Director of Thistlegorm Forensic. She also serves as Documentary Director for Thistlegorm Forensic’s investigative documentary productions, leading the creative vision and directing documentary films from concept development through final production.

In addition to directing documentary productions, Hemara oversees editorial standards, content integrity and publication processes, ensuring that documentary content reflects a commitment to factual accuracy, responsible journalism and high professional standards.

She holds a Bachelor of English (Honours) and a Master of Criminal Justice from the University of Malaya, strengthening her expertise in investigative systems, criminal justice and editorial communication.
